So, living here on the US right side coast, we never really have a sunset over the ocean. There is one “kind of” exception. If you go to the point of intersection where one of the huge bays meets the ocean, and you walk whatever sandbar or jetty may be there to the end and turn west, you get the sunset over ocean waters. Not the big breakers you see out on the front side, but amazing nonetheless. You can’t always take an easel out on the sand or treacherous rocks so this is a studio situation when you return with a photo and a nice memory.
